Basic Nutrient Labeling

Test Parameters: Energy, Protein, Total Fat, Carbohydrate
Sample Volume: 1000 mL (1 Liter) – 500 gm
Collection: MBL bottle, new ziplock bag, manufacturer’s packaging
Shipping: Sample must arrive at lab within typical shelf life of product

Basic Nutrient Labeling (Canadian Nutrition Facts)

Test Parameters: Calories, Fat (Total + Sat. + Trans), Cholesterol, Sodium, Carbohydrate (Total + Fiber + Sugars), Protein, Vit.A & C, Calcium, Iron
Sample Volume: 1000 mL (1 Liter) – 600 gm
Collection: MBL bottle, new ziplock bag, manufacturer’s packaging
