STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The laboratory is open Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:00 hours PST.
Samples received by the laboratory in Sidney , BC by 16:00 hours will be processed the same day. Samples will be accepted until 17:00 hours. After hours, weekends and holidays Samples received by or delivered to the laboratory will be accepted. Processing of these samples will depend on the availability of laboratory staff. Same day set up and processing must be pre-arranged. NOTE: MB Laboratories Ltd. reserves the right to refuse samples.
Access to the laboratory for sample drop-off and the procurement of sampling equipment can be arranged for authorized professionals only.
The laboratory maintains specialized equipment for field sampling. The equipment is available to qualified professionals on a first come, first serve basis at no charge provided that our laboratory performs the analysis. Damage to or loss of equipment is the responsibility of the professional using the equipment.
Analytical results will be reported to the client or an agent of the client by email or facsimile during office hours. The signed original certificate of analysis will be sent to the client by post. After hours, weekends and holidays A professional staff member may be recalled to authorize the release of results. This service will incur a service charge of $270 in addition to analytical charges. NOTE: Preliminary results will not be released.
All client results are maintained in strict confidence. Access to client records is restricted to employees of MB Labs Ltd. only. Reports or copies of the results will only be released to the client or to an agent or party designated specifically by the client in writing.
Clients without an established credit history will be asked to pay for services at the time of sample submission. Regular clients with an established credit record will be given terms of net 30 days. MB Labs Ltd. reserves the right to charge a 2% per month penalty on overdue accounts. Results will be withheld from clients with delinquent accounts until full payment is received.
